GETTING THE TRAIN OUT OF THE STATION
In 2016, the Spokane Shock made the decision to leave the Arena Football League for the Indoor Football League. The AFL, however denied the Shock the rights to the trademarks and identity, causing the need for the team to rebrand. The Empire asked for a full identity package, as well as uniform designs as well as collateral materials to be built. Sadly, the franchise didn’t last and folded after the 2017 season.
